A. Personal and Health Data

Account Information: When you register or log in using email and password or Apple Login (via Firebase Authentication), we collect your email address, display name, and any profile picture you upload. If you use Guest Mode, no account information is collected.

Cycle & Health Profile: We collect information you provide during cycle setup or in your settings, including your last period start date, average cycle length, average period duration, age, height, weight, and cycle-tracking goals.

Health Logs & Submissions: To provide tracking calculations and reports, we store user-submitted health logs, including cycle dates, symptoms (pain, body, health, and custom symptoms), moods and mood intensities, basal body temperature, intimacy logs, cervical mucus observations, cervical firmness and opening details, daily journal notes, and photos uploaded for ovulation tests or tracking logs. This data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database and Firebase Storage to synchronize across your authenticated devices.

B. Device and Usage Data

Device Details: We collect information about your mobile device, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers such as IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android, and IP address.

Usage Statistics: Through analytics tools, we track how you interact with our App, including page views, features accessed, time spent on pages, and crash reports.

C. Device Permissions

Camera and Photo Library: We request permission to access your camera or photo gallery when you choose to capture or upload photos, such as for ovulation tests or profile setup.

Notifications: We request permission to send timely alerts for period starts, ovulation predictions, fertile windows, contraceptive pills, and daily routines.

Tracking Permission (App Tracking Transparency): On iOS devices, we request your permission to track your activity across apps and websites for personalized advertising and analytics.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

  • Realtime Database & Storage: Used to save your cycle parameters, health tracking data, and uploaded media files.

Account & Data Deletion

  • Use the "Wipe Health Logs" option to clear your health logs while keeping your account.

Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete applicable account information and associated data from our systems, subject to any information we are legally required or permitted to retain.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information from our systems.
